CattleCrete Brand Script and Marketing Plan.

Brand Script

CattleCrete customers want a service that is tailored to their unique operations—something far beyond a cookie-cutter approach. They value a partner who delivers exceptional quality and takes on projects with the mindset of an owner-operator, understanding the specific demands and vision of their feedlot or dairy. These customers seek someone who isn’t just a contractor but a collaborator, working with them to develop the best solutions for their facility. They appreciate end-to-end expertise, from navigating permitting and designing to rolling up their sleeves and executing the work on the ground. Ultimately, they want a partner who shares their commitment to excellence and the success of their operation.

CattleCrete understands the importance of flexibility when working with clients. Many of their customers express the need for a partner who can adapt to their specific circumstances, whether it involves collaborating with their crew, or finding ways to streamline the process. Recognizing the priority of efficiency and minimizing downtime, CattleCrete is committed to tailoring their approach to align with each operation’s unique needs. Their dedication to collaboration ensures that every project maximizes resources and supports the client’s success.

CattleCrete stands firmly alongside its customers, understanding the importance of trust and reliability in every project. They pride themselves on doing exactly what they say they will do, delivering on promises with integrity and transparency. With years of experience, CattleCrete brings immense value to the table, combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of the real-world demands of running a feedlot or dairy. They know what it takes to get the job done right, balancing efficiency with quality and ensuring every project aligns with the customer’s vision. When clients work with CattleCrete, they’re partnering with a team that understands their business and works tirelessly to deliver results they can count on.

CattleCrete understands that sharing your vision and plans for your operation can feel like a big step. Many owners and operators naturally hold their cards close, and that’s something CattleCrete respects. However, their team’s experience and knowledge often transform them into trusted consultants, helping customers shape their vision into reality. By openly discussing the scope of work, CattleCrete can develop the best process tailored to your needs while providing the highest value. This transparency not only ensures the project meets your expectations but also helps alleviate unexpected costs and challenges down the road. They’re here to collaborate with you, not just as builders but as partners invested in the success of your operation.

CattleCrete understands that for many customers, seeing is believing. That’s why they are always happy to showcase their past projects, allowing potential clients to see firsthand the quality and craftsmanship that go into every job. Whether it’s a tour of a completed feedlot or a detailed walkthrough of their work, CattleCrete believes that transparency builds trust. They go a step further by making clear agreements with their customers: the quality will always meet or exceed expectations, projects will stay on schedule, and they never overpromise what they can deliver. By sharing their portfolio and inviting customers to see the results up close, CattleCrete demonstrates not only the durability and functionality of their finished product but also their commitment to doing the job right. It’s all about building trust—both in the relationship and in the work.

At the end of the day, CattleCrete builds the infrastructure that empowers you to achieve your goals, whether it’s improving herd health, streamlining processes, enhancing weight gain, or preparing for the future with advancements like digesters. They understand that a strong, functional foundation is essential for success. Problem areas in your operation are hard to address when the infrastructure itself is lacking—and that’s where CattleCrete brings tremendous value. By delivering solutions designed to meet your unique needs, they create an operation that’s efficient, productive, and ready for the future.

Marketing Stagey

Below is an À la carte menu of Marketing Campaigns.  This isn't the full list of everything we can do, but a solid starting point and my recommendations.

Website Maintenance and SEO Campaign

The first thing that we need to do is update the website to reflect all the services that CattleCrete provides. This would include building out pages for each area of service. An example of those pages are listed on the webpage sent a couple months back https://www.cattlecrete.com/what-we-do . Each area needs to be given its own page and showcase a turnkey operation that covers all aspects. The story of what CattleCrete does has changed from when we first started the website.

Next we need to create a Google Analytics account to plugin to the website. This allows us to gather more precise data than the built in analytics on the site. We may need to update your current site to a business plan, it is a minimum cost and straight pass through from squarespace (the web host). It is $90 a year more. Google Analytics does not cost anything.

SEO is about taking the traffic data that we have and implementing it into the site. The more data we have the better we make the site. The more traffic we drive the site the more data we get. We will make additions with high ranking content from ads and analytics to continue to move the site up the ranks making adjustments as we go.

Book A Tour Page - Idea

From the conversation with TJ and how some potential clients want to see your past work - an idea would be to create a form to Book Your Feedlot Tour. Ultimately, this a great way to gather information and a good avenue to gather contact information from serious potential customers. It isn’t about booking a bunch of tours but gathering contact info. Once you have the contact info you can feel out the size and scope of work to plan a meeting or tour. It would allow you to vet the potential client and see if a tour would be worth it for both parties.

Videos for website

As we discussed - a video explaining what RCC is needed. There are people in the industry and potential clients that do not know what it is, how it works, and its application. This would be a simple start to finish “How its made video”.

As we continue to build videos for ads, they would also live on the website.

Social Media

To start with, we want to look at driving traffic to the website.  We will place a Meta Pixel into the site that allows us to see information about the people that visit the website from Facebook and Instagram.  The result is a good customer profile for more targeted ads and leads in the future.  The focus of the first campaigns would be brand awareness. Get your name in front of your audience and make sure people know who CattleCrete is.

Facebook Ads

It is $500 a month per campaign to manage each campaign.  Your ad spend is what you want to spend with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, YouTube, or whatever platform we are advertising on.  That dollar amount you spend on each platform is in addition to the management fee.

Example $500 per campaign management + $500 ad spend = $1000 per campaign per month.

Campaign 1 - Facebook Traffic Ad

Goals - Local Awareness and Traffic campaign within 400 miles.  I would recommend a 1-minute video and a carousel ad. This gives us multiple options for placement of the video within Facebook.   Recommended minimum ad spend $500

Campaign 2 - Instagram Traffic Ad

Since Meta owns both Facebook and Instagram.  We can take Facebook ads and create ads for Instagram as well.  The images and the video would be the same with different copy text.  This would be an additional  $200 if joined with a Facebook campaign or $500 if it is a standalone campaign.

Campaign 3 -Facebook Organic Post

This includes 3 posts per week on your Facebook page. This would be photos or video clips that we have captured, paired with solid messaging and planned out a month in advance.  $500

Future Campaigns

As we gain data and traffic through advertising campaigns we can look at new avenues to pursue.

  • Google Ads

  • YouTube Ads

  • Tracking performance
